SHIPPING POLICY

Perth Zoo Online Shop (Zoo Shop) purchases are shipped using Parcel Post or Express Post services provided by Australia Post. Zoological Parks Authority (Perth Zoo, we, us, our) takes no responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, some services or product deliveries may be delayed. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information

Zoo Shop purchases

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days. During busy retail periods (e.g. Christmas or sales events) delays may occur.

Zoo Shop purchases are sent via Australia Post or may be collected in-store. Where available, Zoo Shop will send a tracking notification when your purchase has been posted. Where available, you can track your delivery at Australia Post's tracking page.

If you opt to collect in-store, we will notify you when your purchase is ready to pick up.  Please allow at least 24 hours for processing.

Parcels may arrive in more than one shipment – you will not be charged any more for delivery.

Delivery within Australia

For purchases being delivered within Australia, you may select from Parcel Post or Express Post.

Parcel Post:

  • Expected delivery time is 7+ business days after posting; and
  • Tracking is included.

Express Post:

  • Expected delivery time is 3+ business days after posting, if the delivery address is within the Express Post Network area; and
  • Tracking is included.

Any representations made regarding delivery times are estimates only.

Delivery outside Australia

Due to global shipping delays, Zoo Shop is not shipping outside of Australia until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Lost Parcels

If a dispatched parcel is not received within the expected timeframe, refer to the parcel tracking number supplied to review the status of the parcel. For any queries regarding lengthy delays or non-receipt of a parcel, contact us at onlineshop@perthzoo.wa.gov.au
